Eligibility

Minimum Qualification of Diploma or Post Diploma from NTTF or CIPET.

At least 1-3 Yrs of experience in the field of Mold Design working in Pro-E.

Candidates who are interested to work in Hot Runner design.

Requirements:

Tool design and detailing

Designing of plastic molds and press tools

Components drawing study

Critical dimensions analysis

Model updations and corrections

Design updation

Should have good exposure in Creo / Pro-E software

Responsible for detailing, designing of various Mould elements, sub assembly and its complete mould assembly

Manage various activities / processes in in-house and vendors, new mould trials, mould modifications etc

Expertise in Hot Runner system for Moulds is an added advantage.

Responsible for maintaining documentation in design department.

Validation of Mould Design.

Should handle day to day drawing requirements.

Good communication skills to work with the team.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members.

Ability to solve practical problems and provide ideas in improving the process.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high stress/fast paced work environment

Experience with working with cross functional teams
