*Bill Creation*
  * Review all non-project bills (administrative bills, employee bills, travel bills, sundry bills) for arithmetical/ technical accuracy and statutory deductions
  * Intimate the Project Accountants for ratification of the bills
  * Pass the reviewed bill to Assistant Manager- Finance for propriety check
  * Assist Assistant Manager- payments in cheque printing, payment document filling, and maintaining cheque print tracker in order to ensure timely and accurate bill clearance as per the payment terms.

*Costing*
*GST*
*Final Accounts*
  * Compile all the financial records and data as per defined statutory requirements;
  * Collate all the related information and supporting documents for the preparation of final Accounts and share the same with Assistant Manager- Finance
  * Prepare schedules and annexure for Final Accounts and share the same with Assistant Manager - Finance for review in order to assist in timely and accurate preparation of final accounts.
*MIS Reporting & Control*
  * Collate relevant information from all project sites, Project Finance and other sources for the preparation of MIS reports;
  * Assist in report compilation in order to ensure accurate and timely transmission of financial MIS
*Tax Compliance Support*
  * Compile all the supporting documents for tax compliance as per defined statutory requirements;
  * Assist in audit process and implementation of audit findings in order to ensure compliance with all company policies and statutory requirements.
*Internal Governance*
  * Understand the internal policies and systems with respect to maintenance of books of accounts and ensure adherence in order to ensure compliance to all internal policies and systems with respect to book keeping and accounting.
*Masters Management*
  * Compile all the information related to new approved vendors (statutory certifications, bank details, other details);
  * Verify the information with respective project teams, if required; Create vendor code basis the information;
  * Share the new vendor code with Corporate Finance team for creation of new vendor master;
  * Review the information in master on periodic basis;
