Who you are:
  • Handle complete Delivery with support Skills Unica Roles
  • Involved in the complete campaign life-cycle from ideation through to results analysis.
  • Perform resource management for performance optimization resolution.
  • Should manage the contact strategies and components for their line of business

What you’ll do:  
  • You will work as a Subject Matter Expert for Unica Related issues
     
  • Coordinate with PMR(Product Maintenance Request) team and Client to resolve the issue.
     
  • Analyze and suggest the performance improvements
